Update Gradle to v8.0.1

This requires an update of asciidoctor etc., as they currently use functions that are deprecated with Gradle 7.5 and will not work with Gradle 8. There is an alpha of the Asciidoctor plugin v4, but it currently does not work with our PDF template. It is an alpha, after all.
