TopsApp error #495

Hi all,
I am trying to perform DInSAR of two Sentinel-1 IW data. I installed ISCE using the conda-forge.
I am unable to follow the error saying No annotation xml found inside the SAFE file. I am able to find the XML files as shown below

Below is the error message and the XML file is attached at the bottom. Kindly have a look at this error. It seems silly, but I am unable to understand why it is happening.

Thank you @piyushrpt for the response. I have tried your suggestion.

Unable to find an input parameter named 'polarization'/ 'polarisation' in the xml file. I have checked in the example xml file as well as the topsApp.py file.
Also I couldn't find a discussion of the same in the forum
I tried adding a new parameter with name 'polarization' and 'polarisation', but it shows error in the input xml file.
The attribute corresponding to the key "polarization" is not present in the object "<class '__main__.TopsInSAR'>".
Could you pls have a look at it.

I downloaded SAR data from ASF instead of copernicus hub. I hope that wouldn't make a difference.

Needs to go into each of reference and secondary sections and not under TOPSInSAR. Can be controlled at image level.
