Have the width of the widget be controllable as an input parameter and/or from the front-end. Also, add a full screen option.

I support this one.
If you can give me some pointer, I can look into it.

Hi @nitrosx and thanks for offering to help. This functionality will require changes to the Clustergrammer-GL library (see issue ismms-himc/clustergrammer-gl#9).

The width is passed to the parameters object here

https://github.com/ismms-himc/clustergrammer-gl/blob/master/src/params/calc_viz_dim.js#L27

I'll keep you updated as I am working on it and feel free to experiment.

Just want to follow up. Do we have any options to change the width now? The current version on my end cannot show the full view. The GO annotation is missing and some column names cannot be fully seen.

Hi @anlin00007, sorry not currently. The Gumus group at Mount Sinai has forked the repo (https://github.com/GumusLab/clustergrammer) and is working on some of these issues so they might end up fixing them there first. I'll update here if that happens or if I'm able to release a new variable width version soon.
