The current workflow is opening the URL sent from the server to the user email and comment from there, sometimes the user, if they are replying from a different machine or browser, will need to rewrite their data again (name, email etc..). It would be much better if the user could just reply to the email directly and get their comment posted there by the server.

The idea is great, but we must discuss implementation options.
