The page with the title “Autenticazione fallita” must appear whenever a problem occurs and also when the session expires. The button “Riprova” must take the user back to the RP’s site from where he/she can possibly start the authentication process again running a new session.

At the current stage an IAM Proxy doesn't have any information about the web service originating the user authentication request, since there might be several proxy between that web service and the IAM proxy

infrastructure that uses a fixed number of endpoint may be able to get the user back to a coherent page, by including a js location back to that fixed number of previous endpoints, but this is not in the scope of this project
