Icon: Update save-and-close.svg and add new institution, browse, and register icons

The problem
The save-and-close.svg previously provided by product design has some minor errors in the svg. This file corrects spacing and curves.

Also, 3 additional icons are now provided for design use: institution, browse and register

The solution
Add the attached 4 svg icons to storybook
