App connects to Johannesburg upon start up every time

The Android app connects to Johnannesburg on start up every time despite Johnannesburg being un-selected as a "fastest server" in the "Fastest Server Settings" menu.

• Device: Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel Tablet
• OS name and version: Both running GrapheneOS on Android 15.
• IVPN app version: 2.10.10

Describe the problem

On app start up it connects to Johannesburg, which is not selected to be a fastest server.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Unselect Johannesburg as one of the fastest servers
2. Close App
3. Open App
4. App automatically connects to Johannesburg rather than the fastest server in my country.
5. Disconnect VPN
6. Reconnect VPN and fastest server in my country is finally connected.
