Bridge container works with local VRX installation but does not run with vrx-server

Currently the image is configured to work with containers that are all communicating on the host network. When the competitor container is started from the vrx-docker scripts to run with the vrx-server image, we need to tell the ROS1 terminals where to find the master, via setting:
export ROS_MASTER_URI=http://<competitor_container_IP>:11311
