Suggestion of functionality - Caption and Keywords overwriting / keeping

Firstly, thx for a great script!

I am in a situation where my images have some keywords in the subject metadata but have no description (caption)

It would be great to have an option to not fully overwrite caption + keywords and generate new ones, but only to append newly written keywords and write a caption.

If I need this functionality I currently have to check the setting of writing a caption and adjust the prompt, but this takes two times longer (as you mention in the wiki).

Can you clarify exactly the actions that you would like to happen in an ideal situation? Do you want keyword generation along with caption generation and then have the keywords and caption appended to whatever is there, or have the keywords appended and the caption overwritten, or just a caption written?

In an ideal scenario, I would like keyword generation along with caption generation and then have the new keywords appended to existing keywords and the caption overwritten. Thank you!

I am in the middle of refactoring to remove the relying on the json database. I will consider adding this feature with the new release.
