BreezyTile doenst respond to minimized window

At the moment the extension doesn't seem to recognise when a program gets minimized and just leaves an empty space for the window. Leaving that area reserved until the program is closed.

thanks for reporting. I could remove it from the tile list, but it may be complicated to restore the window to its original position for this first pass. I'll look into it, and also this would be a good PR to tackle if anyone else wants to take it up.
