Spreadsheet data not loading

I downloaded the repository code, extracted the contents, and added an index.html file in the same folder as all the js files, which includes the HTML code found here: http://jadeallencook.github.io/gDoc.js/

But I'm only seeing this:
loading...
loading...

It's public at the moment, and the whole document is published to web.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.
