Re rolling picks the same winners

When trying to reroll, people who have already won that giveaway keep being chosen. It would be helpful to 1) be able to say who you’re rerolling to replace, and 2) make it so that someone who already was chosen in that giveaway, won’t be selected when rerolled. The function is useless and nonfunctional as is. I have to manually choose or use another website to pick a name for the reroll. The reroll should only come from the pool of participants who did not win.
