With Contentful Studio generally available, I'd like us to have an opinion in the starterkit

Ideas:

Register components in studio
Reuse UI components between Studio and classic content models rendering
Implement reference UI wrapping architecture, maybe if integration components have Ctfl suffix, Studio ones will have Exp?
