Authentication TCK has broken link in documentation

Authentication TCK : docs/index.html has a link that points to non-existing "The API documentation for the porting interfaces provides information about the porting packages you need to implement for this TCK."

The link should have pointed to the javadocs for https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/tree/master/src/com/sun/ts/lib/porting. It would be better to remove this link rather than regenerating the javadocs for these apis.

Also need to check if any other TCKs has the same broken link in the documentation (docs/index.html)
