Metadata db encrypted?

Trying to get PlexEmail up and running on a new install. Sending a test results in log below and not sure where to troubleshoot from here.

What OS? Sounds like it might be an issue with the sqlite dll file. Follow prerequisite step 2 if you haven't already.

Windows 10. SQLlite3 and SQLlite3-64 are in DLL folder in Python 2.7 directory from previous installs. Closing all python instances and replacing SQLlite3 fixed it.
