Extend the "createCall" REST API to support dtmfCapture and dtmfHook parameters, allowing notifications when the called party enters matching DTMF tones.

API Parameters:
dtmfCapture: Array of DTMF digits to capture (e.g., ["1", "2", "*"]).
dtmfHook: Webhook URL for notifications on matching DTMF tones.
