Feat: ASR Duration and TTS character consumed during a call #922

the recent call history can also have along with call total asr duration used and total tts character processed ,

these information can be also added to Redis inbound/outbound calls data ,

Also this data can be sent on call completed event to bot

if a bot is using multiple asr and tts vendor then calculation need to maintain specific to vendor
