BYO services > Speech > Microsoft with private endpoint throws an error

How to reproduce:

1. Create a speech service: Microsoft
2. Select Use Azure Docker container (on-prem)
3. put in a URL for TTS
4. put in a URL for STT
5. put in a Subscription key
6. click on Save

Acual:
The "status" is fail with an error message STT: throwIfnullOrUndefined;region

The reason for this is, that also the "Use Azure Docker container (on-prem)" section needs a region

At the moment you must first select "Use hosted Azure service", then select the region, then select "Use Azure Docker container (on-prem)" to get private endpoints to work
