[1.12.2 BUG] Locked drawer failure

You set up an automation including a controller with some set and locked drawers and a conduit/pipe/.. to extract stuff from the controller, but when you came back to check if things are going well you saw the locked drawers got wiped. blank slot, nothing left, and bc the drawers are still locked new items can't flow in, causing the death of the whole system.

It doesnt happen every time but confirmed with enderio conduits and the storage bus from AE.

Using Storage Drawers 5.5.1 on 1.12.2.

This sounds hard to reproduce. Are you able to create a new world with a basic test setup and show it happening?

i don't really think it's reproducible with only Storage Drawers and, say Thermal Dynamics, and similar issues here are all on other versions but 1.12.2. Anyway I'm playing Nomifactory CEu and the only thing I can provide that might be of some help is the mod list here https://mclo.gs/SfY0mks. so yeah it's for sure a tricky problem.

update: can confirm that it has a high chance to happen when switching between dimensions, and login into the world. worth mentioning that the chunk the drawers are at is kept loaded.
