Issue description

  • Actual result: What actually happened? Install failed

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. composer req --ignore-platform-reqs jasonw4331/libpmquery

Console error, backtrace or other files

Could not find a version of package jasonw4331/libpmquery matching your minimum-stability (stable).
Require it with an explicit version constraint allowing its desired stability.
