Fixed position and animation, however there's still some unexpected behaviour that needs to be fixed.

Animation only works on initial window, not after scrolling.
Position of floppy-eye-wrapper needed to be repositioned after 1094px, but after animation was implemented the floppy-eye leaves it's wrapper when inspecting in browser?
