MySQL 5.6 GTID support #6

It would be really nice if PRM supported MySQL 5.6's GTID.

One thing that MySQL 5.6 requires to be enable is log-slave-updates, which according to the PRM documentation cannot be enabled, for reasons that I don't really understand.

This has also been requested on the Percona forum at http://www.perconaforum.com/index.php?t=msg&th=3207&start=0&

This is on the way, should get MHA like behavior for 5.5 AND 5.6
pretty soon. I'll also add a mailing list.
