Check if component can lead a stream?

As is, there is a bit of awkward definition. Streams are defined as set of components, which include one component that is actual representation of stream, for instance:
jboss-eap-7.z.0 -> jbossas-jboss-eap7 ( branch 7.x )
jboss-eap-7.1.z -> jbossas-jboss-eap7 ( branch 7.1.x )
jboss-eap-7.0.z -> jbossas-jboss-eap7 ( branch 7.0.x )

This requires some hacks in order to match/search entries.
Issue TRs( and similar fields): 7.2.0.GA, 7.0.z.GA, 7.1.z.GA, 7.0.9.GA etc
Check if we can make it a bit better? For instance, add "compomnent-id" to stream, so it can be identified without doubt, rather than guess.
