ccutil/Pantheon fails on * in .adoc

So this needs to be escaped, sometimes. The descriptions are written with markdown in mind.

Before:

ServiceAccount binds together: * a name, understood by users, and perhaps by peripheral systems, for an identity * a principal that can be authenticated and authorized * a set of secrets

After:

ServiceAccount binds together: +++*+++ a name, understood by users, and perhaps by peripheral systems, for an identity +++*+++ a principal that can be authenticated and authorized +++*+++ a set of secrets

This is also an issue with property descriptions. How to identify if it should be a * or a bullet list? This might depend on the presence of newlines.
