add auto binning for histograms

develop some tools to assist in getting good bins for future use, creating them downstream is often a pain in Excel or PowerBI, maybe some tools that show a quick histogram preview and then for the one that looks good create a column with the right bins, maybe suggesting using the rules of thumb (Sturge’s etc) out there.
