Advanced Organization Options

Is there any way to run the user-defined Advanced Organization Options for folder/directory structures separately from the entire app? Specifically, what I want to be able to do is manipulate all 'compilation' albums so that, instead of the tracks being organized into the folders of 'album artist' or 'various artists', they are organized into 'artist'/'compilation album'/'## track name'. And I can do this inside the app [!:)], but it would be great to have a mini-app or applet or service that could be run on any 'compilation' albums or auto-run on specific folder.
