Hello,

You should have your phone connected to your computer, and the android debug bridge installed (this you can get through the Android SDK at http://developer.android.co... "http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html)"). Once installed, you can open a command box and head to the directory where it's installed and then issue the "adb shell" command and everything after that.
