No AI bulbs from ollama, AI commit hangs, and other issues

hmm, why no any issues are here? anyway.. thank you for the work. here are my notes.

I use Ollama:llama3.2 in local network, NB 24.

1. if you open it for the 1st time and save invalid url like http://BLA:11434 and save settings, it will be lost on next open. Address field will be empty, and model will be o4 (??? I didn't write it)

2. if you enter valid local IP, you'll see that Ollama is running, but no any AI suggestions in NB UI, even after restart NB.
   What I did: I wrote //create counter, press ctrl+space, it requests ollama, ollama makes some noise by fans, then writes No suggestions. Also I tried to select and RMB.

3. I see no AI: hints in any of bulbs at the left. Where they are? How to toggle AI hints? And how to just ping my ollama? Only simple "AI chat" works fine for me.

4. Project - AI commit - it hangs forever, I had have to kill NB and restart. Repeated again. Maybe because I have no commits.

5. AI Assistant - please add ctrl+Enter to send

6. please fix Name from "User installed plugin"
