Hi!
I'm using RWH 3.3.0 with BB 128.5.0esr-bb18 (64 bit) and I set my Compose Mail window to be checked for spelling only before sending the email (not while I'm typing it!).
Beside I set two dictionaries (Italian and US)to be checked at the same time.
In these conditions, if I use RWH the reply an email, this one is delivered without its spell check, while if I deactivate this extension, everything works as expected.

Regards,
Topoldo

@topoldo Thanks for reaching out.

Just so you know, RWH v3 is fully compliant with TB-documented WebExtension APIs. I will contact the TB dev community for input. Before I do that, I want to replicate the behavior, and I may find some lead. Can you share your settings to enable the spell-check behavior mentioned above?

I set Tools -> Settings -> Composition as reported in the image below, ie I set the spell check to be done only just before the delivery of the message, NOT while typing.

Settings

In my hands, if RWH is absent or deactivated, when I click the "Send" button, a popup window appears.
It contains the usual parameters for scanning messages and searching for potential spelling mistakes, as reported in the image below.
This happens and is OK both when I send a message directly, or when I reply to/forward to a message.

Spell Checking

However if RWH is enabled, then the reply/forward message is is simply sent immediately, without any spelling check window appears and, of course, without any check spelling is done.

Thanks, @topoldo, for the very detailed information. I will try these settings and investigate.
