No way to filter a build with multiple parameters

Hi. I couldn't find a way to filter a build by two or more parameters (AND condition).

Example:
PARAM1=value1
PARAM2=value2

I would expect something like:
last:${params.PARAM1=value1},${params.PARAM2=value2}

last:${params.PARAM1=value1},last:${params.PARAM2=value2}
