Series with no IDs cause bad index links

Expected Behavior

• Series with no entries should not be displayed.
• Series with entries but no series ID should either have dynamically placeholder links (like name slugs) or else be assigned non-Katz IDs.

Actual Behavior

Both the gallery index and elements index

...list series entries that do not have a series number. There are currently 19. They are automatically linked to #series (rather than #series1234) and display a count of () (rather than (47).

For some reason this forwards to the Time Machines [Continued] series in Box 09/
