[FEATURE] Update the sweetalert version

Sweetalert version in the default adminlte.conf file is 8, which is over 5 years old.

The latest version is 11.x. There has been a lot of changes since 8.x, and most online documentation corresponds to newer versions.

Since Sweetalert2 has zero dependencies, it would be great to keep it updated to latest version.

Hi @adwiv , plugins configurations in the config file are just used as reference examples, those plugins are not used anywhere in the base package layout. The main idea is that people can easily learn the structure used to include extra plugins. It worth nothing updating those versions, but you're free to make a PR if you like.
