A new feature of add target version, spent time, estimated time, assign to others quick button

I have a suggestion, I think dashaboard can be used as agile kanban function, for it supports drag and move for the issue state change, and quick way to assign issue to me, can it added these quick way to fill in or selecting features:

1.assign to others quick button, now there is only assing me button
2.fill in target version, spent time, estimated time fields button

No need to open the issue to edit, just the quick way to edit and display feature.
