I no longer able to access this doc and I had to request access, but this is a doc I created myself in my own drive! I can even see it from the recent file list in my draw.io.

May I know where this is gone to???? Someone else took the doc somehow? like how????

If you stored it in your Google Drive, we have no functionality to move or delete it. Check whether you have multiple google accounts and that you're logged in with the correct one. If you are, search drive.google.com for the file.
