AppImage fails to start on Ubuntu

Describe the bug

Running the latest AppImage on Ubuntu 24.04 fails:

$ ./drawio-x86_64-24.6.4.AppImage 
[3617561:0709/145329.779510:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(158)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /tmp/.mount_drawiom8YI4G/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)

Extracting the AppImage and making the chrome-sandbox binary SUID root allows it to run.
