Raised as a great point over on Twitter: here.

Can the generated shell script do its own date manipulation? I don't see why not. I think shell is capable of doing date work, right?

Then, you wouldn't need to regenerate the script each time you want to run it ✨

I'm all here to help get both .cmd and .sh exports [feature], as well as date from runtime [feature] !
