I do know about DenoiseImage (I am actually using it in some pipeline on structural MRI data), however my experience is that denoised results slightly differ depending on the implementation of the very same filtering algorithm being used.

Using the by-default parameters, CAT12 implementation results tend to be less aggressive than the ones from ANTs. Therefore, and in order to compare results and efficiency in final pipelines, I took the exercise to build an isolated and portable Docker image to denoise 3D/4D images using standalone versions of Matlab (MCR), SPM and CAT.
