测试环境（win10 + qt5.12）
设备（部分私有和海康）
遇到的问题 1. 在搜索到设备后，想取获取设备信息或者流地址信息，设备需要进行鉴权，使用目前的接口getDevinfomation 和getStreamUrl 请求返回未鉴权

修改下源码填充token那部分就行了
