I have been using Pixi + Positron for my Python analyses lately and this seems to work fine most of the time. I ran into a use case where after installing a package (cmdstanpy) via pixi there's a good bit that needs to be added to the environment path.
Everything seems functional if I run pixi shell prior to opening a python session etc but I'm unsure how to activate the shell for the "Console" used in Positron which ties into the rest of the "Variables" and "Plot" panes.
Should this extension activate the pixi shell somehow similar to how I'm describing?
Thanks!
