Filterspec for configurations

It would be nice if you were able to configure a filterspec for the configurations to check instead of just giving them by name.
That way you could for example write a simple spec that checks all configurations that are resolvable, but not consumable, and do not have test in their name.
For example in Kotlin DSL:
