Create bot for discord server

The initial use case should be something minimal like getting some information from the Puzzle Massive site. Other features would be to link a user on the Discord server with their player login for the site. This would allow players to be notified via Discord direct messages when certain events happen like a puzzle becoming active.

Players could also use their avatar from Discord instead of the bit icon.
