Add option to output to a file

This feature is needed for any serious usage of the script

If you insert
Start-Transcript -path C:\where\you\want\file\saved -append
after the "credit card finder" header and right above ##normalise path comment and also insert
Stop-Transcript
at the end of the script, right above # Sample credit card data comment...
you will get a full transcript of console activity.
