Hi, I stumbled upon this project while attempting to recover a save file that has been corrupted.
Would really love to find a way to do so; is it possible to integrate a feature to identify where and how is the save file corrupted and attempt a fix?

When you say that the save file is "corrupted", I assume you mean that the game is giving you error messages when you try to run it, right? Could you give me an example of the kind of error messages you're getting?
The save file format is just JSON with some Unity extensions, so simply running the file through a JSON validator should catch most issues.
