Duplicate and Same chapter with same read entries

Steps to reproduce

I don't know the steps it just happened for some of the entries like 500+ entries

Expected behavior

Upon download, they all download even if you download just 1 entry.
Even when I transferred my backup to chrome os and tried in tachiyomisy same version there same behavior happened.
If you delete 1 all gets deleted.
If you have 3 different chapters then there will be multiple entries for each chapter.

Actual behavior

For some entries, it is still correct. I tried everything. Like I went to mihon and tried my backup restoration there, then tachiyomij2k, komikku, tachiyomiaz. if I search for the entry before restoring my backup then the entry is norma 1 chapter but when I do restore boom issue happens.
So I think my backup is corrupted and my library as well.
