Chapters images not showing under specific situations Long Strip and Long Strip with gaps

Steps to reproduce

1. Find a webtoon with actual long images.
2. switch to Long Strip or Long Strip with gaps (if not automatically detected as a webtoon).

Expected behavior

The chapter image showing up

Actual behavior

Failing to render the image and a black background.

the same as #1254 but i am on the latest preview version and it is still happening to me.
some pages load and some don't
the issue disappears when using any other reading mode except long strip and long strip with gaps

Known issue on Mihon side, you should come to the Mihon Discord tachiyomi-sy channel for possible workarounds/troubleshooting.

Got it fixed by enabling "Always decode long strip images with SSIV" under Settings > Advanced > Reader
