Local epub files aren't opening on older android versions

Steps to reproduce

1. put epub, cover, and detail files into \TachiyomiSY\local on sd card
2. clear database
3. open manga entry
4. open epub chapter

Expected behavior

• should open the epub file as normal
• should show the book title of the epub when set to source title

Actual behavior

• app claims epub file is missing
• book title doesn't show when set to source title

Was testing this out on my phone because I'm planning to move from j2k over to sy and other than not being able to use both sy and normal tachiyomi's folders for local source like in j2k (i saw that this would be a thing in the next update so I'm setting everything up for that) everything worked fine. I have a set up on my ereader where I'd like to keep the 1st chapter as an epub file and when I tried it on my samsung s22 ultra it displayed fine and it open perfectly. I test it out on my ereader and it's saying the chapter is not found.

It will show the chapter number correctly but not the source title. I don't know if this is an old os problem since my ereader is running android 11 while my phone is running 13 and not having this problem. This also seems to be an sy problem as the epub file in both j2k and normal tachiyomi opens fine.

Kinda fixed it months ago by reconverting the epubs to epubs with calibre. But also I've moved away from SY since theen.
