Hello! You have to flash a payload to make it work. In the repository you have a link to the payloads To flash the payload on the cable: 1.- Install the necessary requirements Well, you can upload the payload with Linux or VM for the first test, after uploading the payload, the cable will run it Have you done all this? |
Hello Joel, Thank you for the fast reply. I have gone through the instructions on the page and completed them correctly in the proper order. Arduino IDE either on Windows or the Linux VM are unable to upload as no device is showing up when plugging it in. Just to clarify my issue, I have issues where Arduino IDE is not able to find the device for uploading, I have installed drivers listed on your instructions and no device is listed on the hardware list on Windows, Linux or MacOS when it is plugged in. |
Hello! Well, write me by twitter @joelsernamoreno and we'll talk to connect me remotely to your computer and see what might be going on |
Hello,
I purchased one of these cables from tindie and it seems to be defective, I asked for support there and they asked to contact you here.
When I plug the device in nothing seems to be detected, I have tried this on Windows, MacOS, and Linux and on every system it appears as nothing is being inserted, nothing picked up on Device Manager, System_profile, or System Information tools.
Have also tried the VMware image and the drivers with no luck, what would the next steps in troubleshooting be for this device?
Thanks
