Refreshing the page or navigating to any route via the browser's URL bar currently closes the websocket connection.

The user loses everything in that case. Without proper reconnects (handled in #10), we need to at least properly redirect to the home page.

Example: opening a new tab on #/games (game browser) currently crashes. But it should redirect to the home page, because currently new tab = no connected player
