✨ Update route's state from CLI #82

Would be nice to be able to update a route's state in the CLI directly by using a select like cli-select.

There will be different steps:

User can select what to update like the route state or (in the future) the language.
User selects which method the route has as first filter (we don't want to show all routes in first place)
User selects which route
User selects which state
