Why is Paperless using SWAP memory?

I can not get Paperless to stop using swapped memory. Any reason why this is using it?

I am currently using only under 2gb of memory out of 16gb on a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500T CPU @ 2.30GHz. There is plenty of memory available but Paperless constantly uses Swap.

Left it for a couple of days and it has almost used all 1gb of the SWAP memory
